By using the KING UNISEX SALON website, booking an appointment, submitting a form, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

KING UNISEX SALON provides hair braiding, salon, beauty, and related services.

Service availability, duration, and pricing may vary depending on:

  • Requested style
  • Hair length
  • Hair thickness
  • Braid size
  • Additional hair or materials
  • Additional services requested
  • Time required to complete the service

Appointments

  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information.

Deposits and Advance Payments

  • A deposit or advance payment may be required to reserve an appointment.
  • Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.
  • An appointment may not be considered confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received.

Remaining Balance

Unless otherwise stated, the remaining service balance is due on or before the date of service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
  • When sufficient notice is provided, the salon may allow a deposit to be transferred to a new appointment.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of the deposit.
  • A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

Customers arriving more than approximately 15–20 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the salon's availability.

Late arrivals may also affect the services that can be completed during the scheduled appointment.

Refunds

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable after the appointment time has been reserved.
  • If KING UNISEX SALON cancels an appointment and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option, the salon may refund or transfer the applicable deposit.
  • Completed salon services are generally not refundable. Customers should notify the salon promptly if they have a concern regarding their service.

Promotional Offers

Special promotions, Restaurant Savings, Hotel Savings, Vacation Certificates, discounts, or other promotional incentives may be subject to:

  • Availability
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Provider terms
  • Redemption requirements
  • Expiration dates
  • Other restrictions

Promotional savings are not cash unless specifically stated otherwise.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but services, availability, promotions, and other website content may change.

Intellectual Property

Website designs, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content owned by KING UNISEX SALON may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking, deposit, payment, or website form, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable salon policies.
